青瓜豬肉炒土魷


材料:

青瓜 1條
豬肉 300 克
土魷 1塊

調味料:

醃肉:
粟粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙

芡汁:
粟粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
生油 1湯匙
(芡汁混合)

做法:

1,豬肉切片,用醃肉調味料調味備用

2,青瓜去皮去蕊,切小塊

3,土魷整片切小塊備用

4, 用一個煎鍋,加入少許橄欖油,油熱後放入豬肉及土魷炒一會,便加入青瓜炒,再加200ml水, 上蓋等10分鐘

5, 開蓋,把芡汁倒入,炒至水分給食材吸收便完成。
