水 300 ml

白菜 1 磅
豬肉碎 約500 克

粟米 1磅
豬肉碎 約500克


鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
粟粉 2茶匙


1, 豬肉碎先用以上調味料調味備用
2, 白麵團: 把水及麵粉攪拌勻,搓成球狀,搓至不沾手為完成。
4, 放入雪櫃1小時,讓麵團結實。
5, 取出麵團,把適量白麵團搓成圓形狀。
6, 這時可用制作好的麵團把餡料包好,制作餃子形狀。

8, 用一個蒸鍋,水滾後放入,隔水蒸15分鐘便完成。
