清蒸鮻魚



材料:

鮻魚 1條
薑 10克 (切條狀)
乾蔥 5克 (切碎)

調味:

蒸魚豉油

做法:

1, 把魚洗乾淨, 備用
2, 把魚放在碟上, 再把薑放在魚的表面
3, 隔水蒸10分鐘, 取出備用
4, 用一個煎鍋, 開中火, 加1湯匙油, 油熱後放入乾蔥, 關火
5, 直接把蔥和油淋在魚的表面, 完成
