香蕉南瓜餅



材料:

南瓜 一個
糯米粉 600克
糖適 60 克
香蕉 一條

做法:

1、先將南瓜去皮, 香蕉塊切小塊
2、將南瓜切成小塊,蒸熟
3、將熟了的南瓜壓碎,涼透
4、將糯米粉和白糖撒進南瓜裡拌勻

5、取一團南瓜面用手心團勻按壓成餅, 把香蕉放在中心包裹

6、包裹後在南瓜餅表面撒上白芝麻

7、用荧鍋,倒入少許橄欖油,油熱後放入南瓜餅,慢慢煎,一面發黃後翻過來煎,蓋鍋三四分鐘即可
