白酒 2湯匙
叉燒醬 3湯匙
糖 2茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
水 3湯匙


1, 先把調味料攪拌勻, 備用
2, 金沙骨洗乾淨, 印乾水份
3, 用保鮮袋, 放入金沙骨及攪拌勻的醬料, 拌勻
4, 放入雪櫃3小時
5, 烤前1小時從雪櫃取出備用
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
7, 金沙骨放在烤盤內, 放入焗爐烤30分鐘200度, 完成
