lemon Miscellaneous herbs roast chicken


1 chicken
1 lemon


2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon white wine



1, Wash chicken
2, all minced and mixed seasonings spare
3, two separate backup lemon
4, the seasoning (half the weight) chicken belly painted inside
