鹽 半茶匙


1, 把蔥及意大利火腿切碎

2, 蛋拌勻

3, 紅椒切開, 看圖
4, 把鹽, 蔥及意大利火腿放入液內拌勻
5, 用一個煎鍋, 開中火, 加入少許油
6, 油熱後先放入紅椒, 再在紅椒中央放入液, 煎約30秒

7, 反轉, 再煎30秒便完成
